Full course description
Field Supervision is designed to increase and develop candidates' knowledge, skills, dispositions, and effectiveness, so that candidates graduate the Intern Program with a solid level of expertise, professionalism and preparation. The Coordinator of the Teacher Intern Program assigns an appropriate Field Supervisor to each candidate at the start of their program enrollment. Assignments are made based on credential match and experience. Upon assignment, Field Supervisors will contact candidates to coordinate and begin their work together. Candidates work 1:1 with their Fieldwork Supervisor for all four semesters of Fieldwork Supervision.
