CURR 201 Curriculum and Instruction: Teaching Physical Education, Health, Visual and Performing Arts, and Problem-Based Learning

This course provides candidates with a comprehensive, research-based curriculum addressing the foundational, theoretical, and practical aspects of teaching Physical Education, Health, and Visual and Performing Arts to the full range of learners. Candidates will understand the essential components of the Physical Education Model Content Standards for California Public Schools, Health Education Content Standards for California Public Schools, and the California Arts Standards for Public Schools for planning instruction.
